So sorry, the dude. That sucks. I hope and pray that they approve her quickly and can work past this. I hope you're contacting your congressman/woman, senators etc. If you haven't, please, please do. I entirely believe they help. Just my 2 cents and hope it can help you along your journey. I have Muslim extended family members and understand the troubles they get put through sometimes. Good luck to you both!

I-30 Received at NVC: 11 June 2014 (11 days in transit)

NVC Case # Assigned: 27 June 2014 (15 days to case number assigned)

DS-261 Completed: 15 July 2014 (18 days to DS-261 available)

Hey folks, just thought I would bump the September filers thread. We are 3 months in and not a peep from uscis. Hey jematt, I tried to see your filing dates, but your timeline does not reveal much info. What month did you file? Thanks in advance.

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

Hello everyone.

I am also a Sept filler. Applied for my wife who is in Pakistan at this moment. I can understand everyone's feelings of being away from your loved one as I am going through thee same too. My file is still in nbc. I hope this turns out a great year for all of us and we unite with our loved ones. Ameen

This was the worst Christmas and New Year. When the clock struck 12 I was crying uncontrollably. So looking forward to seeing him Feb 6,2014.

I personally think they sent it to CSC by mistake... And since CSC is the fastest service center- she got her approval almost right away...

Good for her, though. At least one couple didn't get stuck at the NBC hell hole.
