Blueberry...sorry, I must have missed your post yesterday. I've been sick and my brain is still super slow. Really not enjoying the feeling at all.

Of course I'll keep calling!!! You know it! dancin5hr.gif They can keep telling me the same thing...and eventually, it HAS to be good news. LOL!

Funny you said your brain was super slow. Mine stopped working on Friday afternoon. Thinking has been painful ever since.

My weekend was alright. Stayed at my friend's, went mushroom picking.. wasn't too bad. And yours? :)

Skyped with my husband yesterday and we officially started a countdown 'til we see each other. 73 days!

You asked in one of your previous posts why couldn't my husband move to Poland. Well... 1. he's got 4 kids. 2. Just started a new job. 3. Poland sucks.

I really hope you will get your case number this week! Fingers crossed! :) :) :)

Has anyone else not received their NOA1 by mail or by email and also applied in September? We sent our I-130 petition on September 23 and still have not received any email or anything by regular mail. They did, however, cash the check...surprise, surprise.

Well, I called NVC and they have the nerve to be closed today!!! Since it's a holiday. So I might skip tomorrow and call on Wednesday. Ugh. Annoying. I'm so ready to just keep moving. My hubby keeps telling me to be happy about getting the super fast NOA2...hehe...you know how it is, though...It has been 3 weeks since my NOA2 already!

Yes, Jeffin. Most of us here got our NOA1 by mail and email AND text in September. But, since you sent yours at the end of September, maybe that's why it's slow. It's a little surprising though. If you don't get it by the end of the week, I'd call...I'm assuming you have a US address that they're replying to and you're not out of the country?

Yes, it's nice to have the date set. 72 days to go! He'll only be able to visit for 10 days though.. Not much, but it is what it is. So excited and just cannot wait!

This will be his first time in Poland. I must start preparing him for the culture shock he's gonna experience here, haha ;)

We went to Czech Republic last winter, and although CZ is so close to Poland... it's just totally different. I just love CZ and Prague heart.gif

Oh yeah, it was Columbus Day yesterday! Your hubby is right though, no? you so lucked out with this quick approval guys! you are like at least 6 months ahead of us! :) Don't get me wrong.. I do understand how annoying it must be to wait for the NVC stage to finally start. Any day now, girl, any day! ***fingers crossed*** (hurry up NVC, my fingers are getting numb already :P)

They've been really slow with NOAs lately.. both emails and hard copies.

I'm guessing you will hear something by the end of this week!

so, you filed the I-130 in the states? I gather you live in Orlando?

I know a guy who is living in the US (EWI) and filed his I-130 January 24 and received his NOA2 May 15th of this year. Then he filed his waiver around July. I haven't talked to him so I don't know if that was approved yet. It seems like if you are in the US, it gets processed faster. He was processed at the MSC.

That's called concurrent filing. I-130 + I-486.

For people already in the U.S... Say on J-1 or B-2 visa. Or VWP or something else.

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.
