Thanks so much, Blueberry! You're such a sweetheart...always! *HUGS*

Unfortunately, still nothing at NVC. I'm going to now call 3 times per week...that's basically what the NVC thread recommends after 2nd week. So, here goes nothing. On the positive side, I was only on hold for 11:30 this time. That's the fastest yet, so I think I found the best time to call. Also the nicest, quickest and most efficient person I've gotten on the phone this time. I'm going to take that as a positive sign and hope that it gets into their system by the end of this week! *crossing my fingers* smile.png

Do your happy dance again! sprinkle some magic dust!star_smile.gifstar_smile.gifstar_smile.gif Haha, it worked last time!

Damn NVC. People used to fly through that stage in like 2-3 weeks. And with the pace they're working at now 3 or 5 months is more likely. Ugh.

Has CSC even forwarded your file to NVC yet?

Can't wait to get approved, can't wait to get approved, CANNOT WAIT TO GET APPROVED!

I'll be totally bald by the end of this process. Losing my hair like crazy... damn stress :(

Hey Blueberry...it's so weird...the NOA2 actually STATES that the file has been sent to NVC. It's written in the past tense, as if it has already been sent...but my hubby thinks that's wording and not fact. He said that may mean it's in their "sending process," whatever that is... ugh.

I know what you mean about stress. Today has been one of those days for me in life and work. My son's pre-school is being crappy and whiney because he's acting like a 3-year old. (He won't sleep during naptime...which is kind of a normal issue for toddlers!) Seems like their job to handle, since I pay them a lot of money to take care of him. (I need a nanny!) LOL! Some days, I wish hubby was here to help me handle some of this nonsense.

Luv, glad that you are doing well despite the craziness there. I'm so sorry for you and your hubby to endure all of this. I really didn't like that comment that was made about people expediting and jumping the line. That's why I had to respond. I think it was a callous remark to make--and hopefully made in error because the person didn't understand why you're asking. LOL...I'm not in Stockton though...not even close! I'm in Southern California, in the Orange County area...so it's not bad here at all. So, you haven't heard any news from anyone like the Senators? Cute pic of you btw!!!

You will definitely get through this! I think it's probably one of the hardest times that we're all dealing with right now. LOL...Oohhhh, I didn't realize that person was from Stockton! Hehe. =) I get it now!

Oh God, I so hope you guys can get out of there asap, Luv. You're in my prayers...

I don't have children but used to work as a nanny :P 3-year-olds don't nap! Haha that's all there is to it.

It's a power struggle. They start showing they have their say too...

Such a cute age though :)

I forgot to mention....today was about 26 minutes on hold. Still nothing at NVC. Going into the 3 week mark now. A lot of people said about a month is typical. Hmph.

Ugh. Keep trying! I so want you to get your case number already! :)

So, I just saw yet another 20 day I-129f approval. Ironically (?) this person is from Overland Park, KS. Ha.

The petition was processed at CSC, though.

I am just exasperated.

Hey guys,

I have found this Facebook page called USCIS Processing times. Although it is not actually affiliated with USCIS, I feel like it can give us some long wanted answers about Overland Park, KS. I have posted a message on the site so please visit and click LIKE. They seem to be very prompt about responding so hopefully we can get some updates on what's going on! I think it's at the very least, worth a try.
