On April 8, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

On April 8, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

So...I guess ignoring the RFE for our K3 visa didn't get it ignored like I was hoping. Ah well. APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/2012 - Met for first time in Texas (One Month Visit)

01/2013 - Met again in England (One Month Visit)

05/2013 - Went to get MARRIED in England (Four Month Visit)

09/2013 - Husband came back to US with me (Three Month Visit)

Congrats. Did you get any shipping to NVC update in status check. if yes when they shipped your case. If you provide this info it could easier to find my thing also.

Can somebody tell me how much time does it take to process from NVC stage till the interview?? I have to plan certain things so if someone could tell me approximately how much time it takes i can plan accordingly...

According to the April NVC filers, It may take 3-4 months from NVC case received date to Interview.

It takes about 2-3 weeks from NOA2 until NVC enters your case into the system. From then it's about 30 days to get a case number and IIN. Then about 2 months (58 days is the average now) til case complete (if no checklists). Then about a month or two til the interview (54 days is the average now although it's country specific).

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

Congratulations!!! :dancing:

You were the first VJ September filer to be transferred so it's not before time. We were the second so hopefully not far behind you.

Only a gooner can truly appreciate the feeling of being at the top for so long then watching everyone else sail past me to the NVC.

Word of advice to future filers - don't ever let Arsene Wenger fill out your I-130. Big mistake! :)

*On 08/01/14 I received a checklist via email and responded right away. Over a month later, on 09/09/14, I received the hard-copy in the mail. Upon reading the hard-copy, I found that NVC made a mistake and emailed me the wrong checklist. I contacted a supervisor at NVC and she instructed me to write a letter of explanation to accompany my "real" checklist response. She also told me this may not help me and that we may be back in line. Lord help us!

Congratulation for all recent approvals !

It's another relatively long wait until NVC case number (not as blindly painful as I130 though), what's relieving is NVC process goes quickly once it gets case number.

Anyone from September received case # already?

IR1 applied from overseas

NOA1: 18 Sep 13 (NBC)

NOA2: 19 Mar 14 (CSC)

NVC received: 21 Mar 14

NVC case # assigned: 22 Apr 14

NVC case complete: 11 Aug 14

Interview: 2 Sep 14 (Japan)

I did a little calculation last night and it looks like for 2014, case complete to interview is averaging 45 days :-D

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

Well - so much for having this done with before I give birth! That stinks.
