On March 26, 2014, we transferred this case to your USCIS local field office for additional processing. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Did you also file for a K-3? Are you in the US wih your spouse right now (did you file I-485 at the same time as your I-130)?

I'm not sure what's going on, but your wife needs to call back and speak with a Tier 2. She needs to explain she was transferred at the beginning of the month and received another transfer notice but no hardcopy. She does not need to wait 5 months, that's the processing time from the date you filed. If she gets a rude rep, she can call back later.

No i didnt got any hard copy for the second time transfer and the lady told my wife the case still pending and you have to wait another 5 months but when they transfered it to NSC the attached another paper said you have to wait 60 days

Yes the date changed in the status and also 2 days ago i changed my address online also the date change

When my case was transferred to NSC they told me 60 days - but I had already waited 6 months so called and they put in a service request. I think you need to call again and ask for a service request

I concur with VNBCI130. Don't be afraid of the reps. Remember, we all paid $420 for our files to sit on someone's desk. We have a right as paying consumers, to know what's going on!

I actually tried doing it online and of course, there was an "error" with my receipt number (or an error with their web site). I am debating calling back today.

Like I said it worked for both of us. We were both approved in about a week of opening a SRs. You should not hesitate to call them until you get a success!

Ok, calling now...So if I am living outside of the US with my spouse, is it true I need to give them my US address in order to open a service request?
