Has anyone at NSC been approved in past 2 days? I havent seen any approvals in past 2 days...

I hope i get approved soon :(

I'm in the same boat as you. :( Today marks 30 days since the day we were transferred. It's getting a little ridiculous.

9/23/2013: Sent I-130 petition to Chicago Lockbox through UPS
9/25/2013: I-130 delivered by UPS (Priority Date)

9/26/2013: NOA1

3/04/2014: Transferred to NSC

4/17/2014: NOA2

4/23/2014: Case shipped to NVC

5/05/2014: Case arrived at NVC

5/29/2014: Case number and IIN received

6/06/2014: DS-261 available and completed

6/09/2014: AOS fee invoiced and paid

6/10/2014: AOS fee shows as "paid"

6/16/2014: Date NVC is going by for DS-261 because I "re-opened" it

Yes, it's been too quiet :( I was hoping people just weren't logging in, but it looks like nothing's going on. Have you sent in service requests? You're out of processing time.... Blueberry is a great source for sending service requests!

Yes, it's been too quiet :( I was hoping people just weren't logging in, but it looks like nothing's going on. Have you sent in service requests? You're out of processing time.... Blueberry is a great source for sending service requests!

JeffinMX, all you need to do is call Customer Service line and when Tier 1 picks up ask to have your call escalated to a Tier 2.

Once you get through to a Tier 2 (there will be a wait time, but you can pick a call back option) say that you are outside normal processing times (which are 5.8 months - national average and 5 months for NSC) and you would like to file a service request.

Make sure you give them your email address!

And that's it, pretty straightforward :)

I know some Tier 2s do not want to put in service requests, so just hang up and call again later :)

My hubby filed a SR on 3/20. We never got a response but were approved instead :)

I know it worked for our VNBC here, too :)

I tried sending service request a couple of times online through the uscis site but it ends up showing a routing error.I am gona call them up now..

Yes, I put in a service request 3/28/14 and I contacted my congress and they are supposed to look into it. I also emailed TSC and they stated I have to wait the 15 days for the service request. This process is really sucking the life out of me. So glad I am going to see my hubby on May 16,2014. Any other suggestions anyone has I would greatly appreciate it.

Come on service centers... Please speed it up, dammit!
