Just wanted to update, I sent back the RFE I received with the new printed marriage certificate. It was received at their PO box yesterday. So hopefully we can get our approval soon!

Congrats to all the recent approvals.

To everyone with RFE's - may our delay be short and approvals be quick!

OUR Timeline

10/2012 - Met for first time in Texas (One Month Visit)

01/2013 - Met again in England (One Month Visit)

05/2013 - Went to get MARRIED in England (Four Month Visit)

09/2013 - Husband came back to US with me (Three Month Visit)

05/2014 - Husband is coming to visit and will stay till August! (Three Month Visit)

July 2014 - Had a baby!


USCIS - Timeline

06/28/2013 - Got Married in England

08/28/2013 - Sent I130 Packet

09/06/2013 - NOA1 Received

02/24/2014 - Case Transferred to CSC

03/12/2014 - RFE Received in mail

03/28/2014 - RFE Sent Back to USCIS

04/08/2014 - NOA2 Received

05/13/2014 - Case # Assigned

Compared to august..our september filers have gotten a lot of rfe ! Probably a way for uscis to take their time to catch up with the backlogs. Just a guess lol

Btw we had a 5.1 earthquake just 5 miles away from my house on friday night.. the epicenter was too close!!! Another one yesterday 4.1.... over a 100 little aftershocks Since... southern california is beautiful and i love living here but definitely not when this happens!!!! This is when i want and need my husband the most ! :( they r expecting a big one to hit soon..close to 7.5!

I heard about that earthquake! Are you and your home ok?

I've noticed USCIS got a little RFE happy with us. I also noticed a couple people from November have already been approved (not expedite, either). They are seriously all over the map!

2014/11/10 - Interview Scheduled

2014/12/23 - Interview - going to try to move up a week but we will see.

2014/12/2 - interview and APPROVED

2014/12/18 - Smooth and quick POE at LAX then onto JFK by domestic
