#1 oopsie and I'm glad we got it sorted!

#2 USCIS is so weird about what has to be official and what can be done by anyone. Notarized statements from family members about the validity of a marriage but anyone can translate a document.

The affidavits had to be notarized? Mine weren't and I got approved! lol

Each document that he send was signed also stamped each stamp has apostil from state .

Every document was in 3 languages ( for each Kosovar is like that ) Albanian , Serbian and English .

I am sure they dident even bothered to look at it .

Yeah.. probably. That would be too much effort lol. Sigh.

So you guys are gonna translate both Albanian and Serbian pages?

I have no idea what mu hubby will do . I was surfing in google all poeple did in this case was translated document in its entirety and attach with it a copy of marriage certificate also a signed and stamed that the translaton was done by a certified person and that it !! I guess so .

We didn't get ours notarized either, but one of our fellow Sept sisters got a ridiculous laundry list of an RFE and the family/friend statements have to be notarized.

Yep ... that's what he's saying too. Sigh. I told him that at least they weren't as bad as my NFL team who ended LAST when in the beginning of the season, they were FIRST and superbowl contenders. At least we get a new quarterback? lol
