Oh I c, If you don't mind, could you please explain me what kind of (USCIS) letter they would need so that I will ask my wife to mail me and I can apply for the PCC. Do you mean, I will need NOA1 or NOA2 hard copies. Honestly I never saw both of them, so I am not sure that my name have been mentioned on the same!!

Well, I really wants to apply for PCC, because I will need from Singapore as well as from India, and on the top of this I am constantly traveling. I am not sure, whether I will have enough time or not to apply for the PCC from both the places before my interview.

Yes. I have applied PCC based on NOA1. They had check just applicant name is there in that page or not.

If you want to be added to the spreadsheet, please use the form on the spreadsheet (you can find it at the top). The spreadsheet can be found in my signature.

Also, please make sure your VJ timeline is complete, too! That will help others on this site (esp if you have a question, people will know what particular visa you're applying for)!

Thanks!

My case was transferred to CSC on 3/3. My case has not been touched since 3/6. If they were not going to work on it why transfer? This is really getting on my nerves.

I know exactly how you feel.. I am in the same situation as you...It's so frustrating especially I've seen October filers getting approved from CSC recently.

I really think USCIS should work on files according to their priority dates...

My husband used to try to calm me down about this whole long wait, but now he is even so stressed out and frustrated...

I hope we both will get approved soon... Let's cross our fingers and pray for a miracle to happen to us next week...

Thank you so much for your kind words. I swear I never want to deal with immigration after this is over. If I would have known the process would be like this I would have chosen another way. Me and my husband just had a new baby last month. It was so messed up my husband could not be with me to see his new child being born. If you are not a strong person, this process with USCIS can give a weak person a damn nervous breakdown. If you don't believe in God you better find a damn good substitute. What makes me angry is its getting close to 7 months since our case was received and it still has not even been looked at. If there is a RFE required then the process will take longer. I am so disgusted with my country I honestly don't know what to say.

Congratulations on your little one! We've all had our low points, I had one recently, when you are jealous and angry about others getting approvals while you're still waiting, but keep up the faith and know that we're all here supporting each other and praying for one another to get through this. I was transferred the same day as you with a PD of 9/13, and I was part of the week that was skipped when transfers were going on and that was a slap in the face. Try to keep your eyes forward on the goal and remember that before the year is out, you'll never have to part ways with your husband again. 2014 is our year!! :)

You are so right, it takes a special kind of strength and love to endure this process. I have no words about your husband missing the birth of his child, it makes me want to cry, honestly. No man should miss that special moment! We're all going to reach the finish line and we're all going to celebrate and enjoy our families for the rest of our lives!

Alrighty people, I've updated the spreadsheet AND I updated the handy dandy form that hardly anyone uses lol

Going forward, if you're not on the spreadsheet and you want to be added to the spreadsheet, use the form on the sheet. The sheet can be found in my signature :-)

Second, if your VJ timeline is not updated or created, I will not add you to the spreadsheet until that is complete. This September spreadsheet does not substitute the VJ one (also, it's very helpful to other members if they can see what process you're going through). Also, if you plan to continue your progress on this site, if your timeline is not updated, Saylin will not add you to the NVC spreadsheet, either.

My reasons for this are because you aren't all coming back to share your news of RFE or approval, so I'm combing through everyone's profile to get the updates (many of you on the sheet don't have timelines updated/created, so I can't do anything). Thank you!
