How can you get the Police Clearance Certificate right after your case got approved, because after my approval I called High commission of India in Singapore, to request for the PCC, but they told me that they would like see some paper in which US embassy is requesting for the PCC, as per my guess that will be Packet IV, I got same reply from Singapore Police station too? I am surprised that you guys can get PCC, without even they see the paper saying it's been needed.

I just want USCIS to process EVERYONE by Priority Date order!

It's bad enough they make us wait 6+ months before looking at our petitions. They should be fair and process everyone in order. What they are doing now is unfair, causes a lot of unnecessary emotional harm, and probably breaks their congressional mandates.

Couldn't agree more. This is why I wrote to my senator discussing their inconsistencies and how it's affecting many people and I got a copy/paste statement back saying to keep waiting. Unless this issue personally affects them, say in votes or their position in office, they really don't care about reforming legal immigration processes.

My "progressive" Representative is the same way. We even got into a minor spat on Twitter last night lol

haha, Sigh. Oh Texas and your well-known red hue. Yes, both senators are Republican, and the main one in DC had his office in Dallas send me the blanket statement with a printout of the "current" timetable straight off the USCIS website .... as if I couldn't access that information myself. I see no point in contacting the other local senator because he's one of those laughable politicians who are quick to point fingers instead of trying to come up with a solution themselves. He's an embarrassment to our state.

I laughed when I saw this on their website when debating whether to submit a service request or not:

"Outside Normal Processing Time

Do you have a case pending with USCIS that is outside the normal processing time? USCIS usually processes cases in the order we receive them. You can get an idea of how long it will take to process your case from the processing time table available on our website."

Yes !! Here they don't care about Approval notification. They required USCIS any letter which has name of beneficiary ...

I got a Post Decision Activity email at 9:45 AM EST today . I am 9/26/13 PD transferred to NSC on 3/4...

My prayers for everyone still .. NSC is accelerating guys.. Cheer up

I mean one of these:

Or if this something only some people get but not all?

I have a question for September filers (who are still left on the board). My priority date is 10/1 and I was transferred to VSC on 3/7. On 3/24 I got a notice that they changed the Alien Registration Number on the case. It seems no one else in October got a change of ARN. I have heard it might have to do with the fact that my husband was a previous green card holder.

I am just wondering, for those that had changes of ARN after the transfer, how long was it after that you got an approval? I haven't heard anything for 3 days since the ARN changed. I'm just a little impatient...mainly because people who have later PDs and transfer dates seem to be getting approvals, not ARN changes. I guess anyone would feel impatient after 6 months of waiting!

Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

The ARN has nothing to do with citizenship status. It's a glitch in USCIS' system and is really an arbitrary number. NSC seems to be the only service center sending that notice (except for 1 person sent to CSC), and even then not everyone got the notice. It seems to have no bearig on approval status.

Just a glitch they aren't fixing :/

I hope it's something simple!! You should receive the RFE in the mail within 3-5 days. If you don't receive it within 10 days, call and speak with a Tier 2. Good luck!!!
