Why is CSC skipping files transferred on March 3rd?

I just don't get this randomness of approval...

I know there are people who are in the same boat from the pervious months, but it just irritates me to be skipped...

I was transferred March 3rd too with PD 9/13 ... my other buddy with the same dates got approved already, yet I'm still waiting scared that something is wrong. :/

Question: How much longer should I wait to file an expedite due to being beyond the "normal processing time" of 6 months according to CSC (or would it based off of NBC times of 6.5)? I don't want to risk it taking even longer if I do file one and they accept it but it takes forever to process the expedite. UGH. :(

Unless you have grounds for an expedite, I absolutely do not recommend this route, as it can only cause more delays.

I think what I would recommend doing is filing a service request, CSC states that as of January 31, 2014 they were adjudicating August 1, 2013 I-130 petitions. Surely by now you're out of processing times. Anyway, I would start with a congressional inquiry. Contact your Senator and explain your situation and ask them to file an inquiry. Given your time frame, that might get some movement on your case......

Thanks for the advice!! :) I'll wait a few more days before I take any action considering the majority of other 3/3 transfers haven't been touched either. Really don't understand the logic of being skipped twice now. :angry:

im sorry I misplaced that noa. so not sure. but they received my petition 9/11
