Hey! I am trying to be positive and proactive in getting my tax returns for the I-864. Does anyone know if I need to have them mailed to NVC (when the time comes) or can I download them and print them myself? Also, do I need the tax return or the tax account? Thanks for the help!!

Hello? Anyone? Bueller?

I am truly so happy and celebrating for those of you that have been approved. However, this is supposed to be a help forum, and I constantly ignored. Apparently I'm not one of the popular ones, but I feel lost. Can anyone help/want to help?

Upon reading the hard-copy, I found that NVC made a mistake and emailed me the wrong checklist. I contacted a supervisor at NVC and she instructed me to write a letter of explanation to accompany my "real" checklist response. She also told me this may not help me and that we may be back in line. Lord help us!

Are you asking whether you can fill out and print the form I-864 ? Yes you can.

You will need your tax transcripts or 1040 + W2 (transcripts are preferred) for three previous years, pay stubs for the last 6 months and a letter from employer.

Here's the current and updated NVC guide - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/486029-nvc-guides-faqs/

The PD (Priority Date) may actually differ from the NOA1date. To find out what your PD is, look on the hard copy of your NOA1. :)

I got transferred to TSC as well. My pd is 09/23/2013 and I was transferred 02/26/2014. I check every day at USCIS.gov and nothing. Its like they stopped processing. Ugghhhh so frustrated right now. NSC is doing a lot more approvals than TSC. God please open up the hearts of the adjudicators at TSC and let them start approving I130's on a regular basis. Amen
