You haven't been approved yet, so you don't need to call NVC. I recommend looking through the Guides on this site (found at the top of the page), that might answer some of your questions.

If you're outside of processing times, you can contact USCIS to put in a service request to find out why your petition hasn't been approved yet. Some say wait 30 days first, and some say until after your transfer has gpne past 60 days without decision.

05/16/2014: Paid AOS fee

10/02/2014: Case Closed

10/10/2014: Interview Date Scheduled

11/17/2014: Interview - APPROVED!!

I never made a service request, so it's really unfamiliar territory for me. I know other VJ members have, so typing that into the search bar on this site can point you in the right direction :-)

Just a heads up to whoever manages the spreadsheet: the percentage approved is stuck at %14.08. There doesn't seem to be a formula in the cell, just "%14.08".

O and the portion where you have the individual service centre stats.. I don't know you meant to do it that way, but there's no percentage for the approved cases, just ratio.

When I moved the charts, I forgot to add the percentage column! Today just isn't my math day LOL :D

You're welcome! Good idea! I called about a half hour ago. After about 35-40 minutes on hold someone finally answered the phone.

My file is also transfered to NSC from NBC on 05/03/2014.They said It will take 1-2 months for approval.

Hang in tight !!! There is a lot chances that u can get approved asap.. N the best part is tat u got transferred, its a good sign though. Also follow the thread which has ur priority date. I think u filled in january so follow january 2014 thread so tat u can know the exact timing of ur approval as there u can find many others with ur same priority date.

I receive my NOA2 hard copy from Nebraska , it is said: The above petition has been approved. We have ent the original vis petition to the Department of state National Visa Center. NVC..............

But when check my status i still see:

On March 14, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

How do you guys know when your petition has been shipped or received ??? please tell me!!!

I think others have started to call NVC about a week after approval. From what others in here have shown, it's taking about 2 weeks for the approved petitions to make it to NVC.

My case is approved just now (Mar 19)! We are travelling now and could not check where it was transferred to but I guess it's sent to CSC.
