We received our official I-797C NOA in receipt of our I-130 submission. It came from KS, so I guess we just sit and wait and see how long it takes them to get themselves together now huh!

Sept 03 Filed I-30 Chicago Lockbox

Sept 23 NOA1 (Confirmation of I-30 received and in process)

seems like there is not much else to do but wait ..... thanks for all the updates to see some of you moving forward gives others hope.

another september filer here -- we submitted to the chicago lockbox and the petition was forwarded to the NBC.

wow really?? already sent to NVC when did you filed the I-30 ?? congrats by the way, seems like your case is going on the fast track (555) best of luck !!

Well, not everyone gets and RFE and not everyone ends up in AP.

You'd get an RFE if USCIS needs more docs/evidence from you.

AP... I am not an expert, but from what I've seen on VJ, most often it's men from high fraud countries ...

NBC- National Benefits Center. (USCIS/ Department of Homeland Security) One in Lee's Summit, MO and the other in Overland Park, KS.

NVC- National Visa Center (Department of State). That's where your case goes after being approved.

not sure what you are asking but if you are asking bout my expedite request i ask them to expedite on humanitarian grounds..Due to the political unrest and fearing for our safety also my husband can not look for work due to this chaos..Just a few minutes ago there was a demonstration walking thru by our flat for the second time in a month right next to a young boys school and this time fights broke out...very scary and sad there are women and children out there in them streets and my husband is out today looking at another place more secure than here..praying he dont run into those crazy people

Kansas facility is not fully operational yet. Is expected to be by the end of Sept... No one knows for sure, though. September is almost over... Ugh.

ok thanks for the response on the RFE and the AP i sent lots of evidence with our I-130 pics of us pics of us with family all dated...pics of our wedding celebration, our timeline of just our friendship page on facebook which was 25 pages and our conversations in messanger which was almost 30.000 in just 6 months so hopefully that satisfies them :)
