If you were sent to NSC you are now outside of processing times according to USCIS' update! Call a Tier 2 tomorrow and get your service request in!!!!

Those processing times don't go off of transfer dates, so I don't think it would be out of the question, IMO...

Have you heard anything about where is your case reach to??

Is it in NVC or still in CSC??

Oh I was approved on 10th of March, so do you think its better for me to call them and ask or is there any other way to know that case reached to NVC???

Thanks

I read on the NVC thread that we should call once a week once we hit the one week mark after the NOA2, if that makes any sense. I called last week on the one week mark and the lady told me it was taking 8 weeks to receive the case, but I don't believe that at all because if you look at the spreadsheet the current average wait time between NOA2 and case received by the NVC is about 2 weeks. So hopefully they will have received our case by tomorrow, which is when I plan on calling again.

I was just wondering if the old saying good things come to those who wait applies here. We were approved March 7th and I can't help but wonder if you keep calling NVC will they consider you a nag and slip your file further down the pile?
