9/5er here - just as worried as you are! I keep telling my husband we're getting an RFE! He keeps telling me to calm down LOL

Since we were one of the first transferred, maybe we're at the bottom of the pile :)

There are others on the spreadsheet... with PDs 9/4 and 9/5.

A few of us would rather be waiting at CSC with you than at the NSC!

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

Just received my second transfer email.

I think you're going to get one more today or tomorrow (I think this last e-mail is when it's received at the transfer center - that's just my guesstimation)!

It's been taking 3-5 business days to receive the hard copy.

I just received another transfer notice. Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong thread now. I applied for my i130 in September but I applied for a i129f in December. So I received two transfer notices. I'm worried I messed everything up by applying for that i129f. My new transfer notice that came to day says receipt date September 5, Notice Date February 25, but the Priority date is still blank. This notice is for my I-130 but the one I got a couple days ago was for my I-129.

Gah, I better call them about this lack of priority date. :(

Back in September when you filed the I-130, what was the Priority Date on your I-797 (NOA1)?

The priority date is blank on the hard copy transfer notice, I'm assuming because it's not important anymore.

What will likely happen with your K-3 (the I-129f) is it will get cancelled once it reaches the service center where your I-130 is. From what I've observed on other monthly threads is the K-3 does delay the I-130 a bit. I wish they would just get rid of the K-3 as an option because it's confusing and not helpful to customers.

Where did your I-130 get transferred to (if you mentioned that in an earlier post, all apologies)?

Hello everyone..!!!




NEED SOME HELP HERE..!! smile.png Ok so my husband is a PAKISTANI NATIONAL living in the U.K and has a POST STUDY WORK VISA which expires in AUG 2nd 2014. We have filed our case on SEP 2013 .. Recently transferred to CSC March 4th.. I doubt we will get this sorted before AUG 2014 ... :(



Question 1: What will happen if my husband's visa expires before the interview ?


Question 2: Is it possible to change the country ? (I know you can change the address)


Question 3: If yes, What if he goes back to PAKISTAN.. will the whole process take longer ? (do we have to start all over ??)




Any advice would be appreciated ..!

For some weird reason, it's only NSC that's having this 'glitch'. Others at NSC have received this same notice. We're tracking it on the spreadsheet to see if has anything to do with the approval process... doubtful, but it doesn't hurt to track!
