Here is where you want to head regarding questions about the next leg of your journey. All approved I-130 petitions go to NVC. There's a spreadsheet available in that thread you can add your information to.

All petitions go to NVC, I think it's been taking about 30 days from receipt for a case # to be issued. I'm not sure if you get a notification from USCIS when it's sent to NVC or if you have to call NVC to find out...

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

Do you mean NSC? Your petition was at NBC, it was sent to one of the service centers.

Unless you received your hard copy - does that say it's in Lee's Summit, MO (that's NBC)?

i'm sorry for confusing you.My Noa1 was from Lee's Summit,MO and now i got a hard copy of the transfer notification which says my case is transferred to NSC Nebraska

We were transferred to California and it took 3 days to approve. Of course, we provided them with a 3 ring binder full of what they wanted (the list we found in VJ) plus probably more than they needed.

Add me to the spreadsheet please .. 9/3/13 is my receipt date for my I-130 for my wife in Dominican Republic .. never got a NOA1 (till this day).. I got my receipt number via phonesad.png .. called 2-3 times for the resend of the NOA1..waited the 30 days each time to then find out they didn't really submit the request to NVC ... but got transferred on 2/25/14 to CSC (I did get the transfer letter) ... and looking at the spreadsheet I hope I get the approval this week kicking.gif as a few got it in less days or around 2 weeks. if not guess here for the other numbers ohmy.png ... best wishes to all Sept filers

Hello all!

I just received a transfer notice saying my case has been transferred from the NBC to the CSC. The Receipt Date says December 5 which is strange since my Notice date is February 25. I have no Priority Date, it's just blank. That makes me worried :-/

2014/12/23 - Interview - going to try to move up a week but we will see.

2014/12/2 - interview and APPROVED

2014/12/18 - Smooth and quick POE at LAX then onto JFK by domestic
