I hav a doubt⁉️⁉️ like uscis says "ur application has been transferred to your local office for further processing...." Does it mean that they r transferring to the uscis office/center from where the applicant belongs!!! Or is it just transferred randomly!!

It's transferred randomly otherwise I would have gotten Vermont...but I got Nebraska instead. It appears to be somewhat based on the day that batch of applications was transferred.

It is anybody's guess adilahmed.... If VJ sample data is representative, my guestimate is that it will take them 1.5 months to finish up september approvalsranting33va.gif More conservativley, i would say 2 months:( Expect the worst, hope for the best...

Watchout for the NSC daily approvals from June forum... currently it is lurking around 1.5 to 2 approvals per day... if approvals bumb up to 3 per day, it will make a huge difference in our estimated wait time..

Current daily rate of approval 2 per day

Case Completed!! - September 10

Can someone please tell me how much time it takes to get approval from NSC?

You guess is as good as anyone else's.

NSC has a backlog of May, June, and July petitions. They did not get any transfers in August. They appear to be working through this backlog more or less in PD order. At this rate, it's going to take a few weeks before they get to September.

On the other end, I notice that one of the receipt numbers close to mine and with the same PD was approved yesterday.

There are no accurate forecasts for NSC.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

Transferred to TSC. Please update in spreadsheet. I didnt get anything in mail yet and at last after waiting called USCIS and asked to be called back yesterday. I just got the call confirming TSC is working on the case. Thanks.

Maybe the receipt number with the same PD you checked might have gone to different center or maybe expedite.

My PD is 9/9 so I don't think it was expedited. There's no way to know for sure which service center it went to. Based on the March 6th approval, probably CSC! You'd think that such a close receipt number with others on either side also with 9/9 PDs would have been transferred in my pile though...

Hi Zenor, just curious does your online case status show that it was transfered or you came to know that only once you called USCIS? I have a PD of 09/20 and my online case status still shows the initial reciept date of Sep 20th. Looking at everyone getting transfered is making me anxious about what is going on with my case!

Hi everyone,

I'm a 21 year old American born citizen living in Canada as a permanent resident. I filed the i-130 forms for my parents and siblings (under 21) who are all Canadian citizens in September 2013. This week USCIS updated the status of the petitions.

"The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you."

Do I have to wait much longer for approvals and Visas? Am I first preference? Thanks.

I haven't been transferred either. My PD is 9/30. My thought is Monday.
