a quick question i got my noa 1 from NBC overland Park , KS will my case be delayed or something ? i am checking google doc's daily oh and my PD date /noa 1 is 27sep

Yeah, some of us got the NOA1 from NBC Overland Park and some got it from Lees Summit. They were supposed to open a new National Benefits Center that was going to process all the "stand alone I130s." So they started hoarding all the files at NBC, and designated some of them as Overland Park (incidentally, both of those places are effectively suburbs of Kansas City, MO). But Overland Park never opened as planned (still hasn't as far as anyone knows) and now all the files are being transferred. I don't think that any of the files actually went to Overland Park, or if they did, they're back at Lees Summit now. They're basically interchangeable, to all intents and purposes, so shouldn't affect your timeline.

This is all I see

On September 11, 2013, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

How do I check what my priority date is? Im sorry I have no idea what the is. from the guides I thought it was just from nbs to nvc. I didn't know there would be another transfer

You might as well use Sept 11... If you look on your printed NOA1 near the top on the left there's a box that says priority date. It's probably within a day or two of Sept 11.

There didn't used to be another transfer, but see above.
