Who knows unsure.png

I asked the girl who posted in the FAcebook group if she was an expedite, she said no, however, I don't know about whether their case was transferred or not.

Do you know if she was from the Phillipines? A lot of their files got automatically expedited after the typhoon - some of them didn't even know they'd been expedited.

Is your timeline updated?

No, she's not from the Phils. HK.

I got you updated in the sheet :) I still can't believe USCIS skipped over an entire week (except for 1?) and then transferred only 2 days' worth....?

I'm giving myself gray hairs worrying about it!

Yep, just looking at the dates, they've transferred 42% of September already. At this rate, they should finish up this week (if they do 3 transfer days again).

Our cheque bounced after we received our NOA1, so we received an updated I-797 form after we paid over the phone. The priority field date was blank in the updated form.

To be honest, priority dates are just used for people who are monitoring the visa bulletin for their date to become current. That's for visas with limited numbers per year, as opposed to our type of visa that is unlimited. They certainly aren't used by USCIS to process cases in date order tongue.png

Thanks for that. It definitely is good to know that it isn't an indication of a potential problem.
