just got ours.

He were transferred on the 24th of Feb ... and we got transferred to Vermont.

is that a good thing or not?

What?!? You are probably the first one to go to VSC. This is crazy. No clue what USCIS is doing...Just amazing and speechless.

I got VSC too.

I saw that. Welcome to hell, the VSC only did about 800 petitions in December and had over 18,000 in their backlog at that time. Unlike the other centers they never went to 0, at their lowest their backlog was 11,918.

I wouldn't know. I got the same message for both petitions. I don't really care which one goes through, just give me something! They should write "we have assigned a ARN" not "we changed" because my husband doesn't have an ARN to start with lol. Oh well, hopefully its still good news!

Yes, I think that's exactly what it means. Not having an ARN to having an ARN is a change, technically, I suppose. It seems to happen earlier with people who have filled in a 129f - it must have something to do with entering that information. And then it's applied to your 130 as well, when they hook them together.

I probably won't reply to every change from here on out so don't feel left out peoples! I'm working behind the scenes lol

My transferred paper notice says my receipt date is Sept. 03. It was mentioned as August 30 on my NOA1. I am confused which one is correct? If we go with the transfer notice receipt date then I should be added on September filers and removed from August filers. Good luck everyone!

I am curious to know if USCIS started transferring i130s based on the location of the petitioner??... Can people transferred to Nebraska or Vermont shed some light if the service center you were transferred to is or is not the Service Center having jurisdiction over the petitioner's state?
