Fantastic, I'll add you to the sheet once you let me know your PD (priority date).

I think I might add a column for the Alien Registration change date.... then others can get an idea of how long after that e-mail they can expect a decision!

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

10/2012 - Met for first time in Texas (One Month Visit)

01/2013 - Met again in England (One Month Visit)

05/2013 - Went to get MARRIED in England (Four Month Visit)

09/2013 - Husband came back to US with me (Three Month Visit)

05/2014 - Husband is coming to visit and will stay till August! (Three Month Visit)

July 2014 - Had a baby!

06/28/2013 - Got Married in England

08/28/2013 - Sent I130 Packet

09/06/2013 - NOA1 Received

02/24/2014 - Case Transferred to CSC

03/12/2014 - RFE Received in mail

03/28/2014 - RFE Sent Back to USCIS

04/08/2014 - NOA2 Received


NVC - Timeline

04/16/2014 - Case Received at NVC

05/13/2014 - Case # Assigned

05/17/2014 - DS-261 Filed

05/19/2014 - AOS Bill Received / AOS Bill Paid

Okay, my earlier comment was from my cell phone and I didn't see your signature. I believe the reason your ARN changed is because your K-3 is getting cancelled and your I-130 is getting processed. I think other K-3 filers get this same message, as well.

just got ours.

He were transferred on the 24th of Feb ... and we got transferred to Vermont.

is that a good thing or not?

WHAT?! Bizarre, I think this is the first month they've received any transfers.... Good luck to you!!! I hope this is a good thing!

I wouldn't know. I got the same message for both petitions. I don't really care which one goes through, just give me something! They should write "we have assigned a ARN" not "we changed" because my husband doesn't have an ARN to start with lol. Oh well, hopefully its still good news!

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I am the beneficiary. 8/12/2014 CASE COMPLETE!

9/2/2014 Interview... APPROVED!!!

9/5/2014 Visa in hand
