September 2013 I-130 Filers

The time will tell if 3 of us are lucky or unlucky to be transferred at NSC.

I'm pretty sure we drew the short straw with NSC. Looking at the forums and spreadsheets, there is no law at NSC. We've just been thrown in the dungeon and no one is in charge.

But yeah, I'm also hoping they will decide to use our petitions to fudge their February numbers and approve us today.

More realistically, I'm hoping to see approvals for July filers who were transferred there on 1/3. I think it was their last big transfer? ... until we came along.

July wasn't a big transfer for NSC at all. NSC was backlogged by Apr/May/Jun files. USCIS then only did partial transfer to NSC and most other petitions went to CSC and some to TSC. August was CSC(70%) and TSC (30%). So once they are done with May/Jun, we should see some movement with our case. Also - one thing I keep noticing is how TSC is working on Apr/Jun/Aug cases at the same time. May be NSC will start doing the same. Who knows?

Yes, I think it was 1/3.

All transferees at NSC have been waiting for close to 60 days or are way past the 60 day timeframe. I am seriously hoping to see a flood of approvals from there SOON.

Sigh, another guessing game. I. Hate. That!

Are we hoping for more transfers tonight? Or do we think it might be Monday now as they've already done 3 days this week!

I think NSC was doing quite alright until the end of November. Then, just in Dec, they got A TON of May, June and July petitions and they got backlogged... They've been sitting on them since DECEMBER. It's MARCH tomorrow!

I got approved today!!!!!
Both my I-130 and I-129F got approved today from Nebraska!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy and relieved!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doubtful. I've not seen Friday be a big transfer day in the past. VNBCI130 is our awesome predictor.... any thoughts, V?

Also, watch out for a 4th e-mail! I'm going to go ahead and assume that last one is confirmation it arrived at the SC safely lol

Thanks bdrew612 for giving me an honorable title! . Apparently, my prediction kinda worked against me (as I was transferred to NSC & not to CSC or TSC). Nevertheless, yes They tend to only transfer on Monday and Tuesday every week. Very rarely on Fridays

I know that a couple of aug filers had delays because of the I-129f.

There might be a couple in June, but to my knowledge it's not even close to half, let alone the majority. June recorded 42 transfers to NSC between roughly Dec 17-27, and there have been 13 approvals (31%) so far, 6 of which were in February.
