I am still very upset.. Sigh

I am very upset as well...The news yesterday almost shattered water on my expectations...I have no fudging clue why they would send out files to the worst performing center? This makes no logical sense unless they are really planning on processing in the next month or so..I know that Texas is processing April/June/Aug at the same time...May be NSC will follow the same logic?

I think they will. Every month with USCIS is an unknown. I know in the past NSC has been the worst, but they've not been getting transfers for the last 2 months or so. It's anybody's guess what could happen at this stage. The fact that there aren't as many going to CSC tells me they could be getting backed up now.

I think it's best for everyone's stress level to not get too excited or too depressed about where our petition went. Our petitions got some movement finally and much quicker than those who have filed before us, so there's some progress :-)

No matter where our petitions went, we're all in this together!

I hope we will start seeing a FLOOD of approvals from there so they can start working on Sept transfers.

Also it seems that the last transfer NSC got (not counting ours) was around Jan 3rd ish.

Tier 2 I spoke with told me that I would see some activity within 30 days of transfer and if I don't then I can call them back. The only logical reason like I said i could see is that both TSC & CSC are maxed out at this point with July/August transfer. Does anyone have data to support this hypothesis? I know USCIS publishes this every month along with the processing times.

On February 27, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

I don't think TSC and CSC are maxed out. They have received a lot of petitions but they both have a great turnaround

Approvals:

JUNE:

TSC- 64%

CSC: 85%

NSC- 31%

JULY:

TSC- 93%

CSC- 78 %

NSC- 27%

AUGUST:

TSC- 47%

CSC- 65%
