My hubby called Customer Service and... played stupid biggrin.png and our call got escalated to a Tier 2. Waiting for a call back right now! (39 minutes, not bad!)

My case staus changed now :

On February 26, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

Can u guys tell me when in case staus change to decison ??!! hahaha

My guess is as good as yours...This is unbelievable. Well - they didn't transfer a single application to NSC in August and for the most part of July. So they should be jump on September applications as soon as they are done processing remaining May/June. We have to stay positive no matter what girl. :)

unsure.png I'm so sorry. USCIS has been so unpredictable for so long, don't give up hope yet. Nebraska is working through June right now, and since none of August has gone there, they may be on track to finish their workload faster than any of us imagines. Wishing you all the best.

Does anyone know if a petitioner living abroad can call the customer service line? It seems that you have to have a 001 number. I have a 001 skype number but it always goes to the answering machine.

Yes, I have called the USCIS customer service phone number from abroad before (from Mexico and on skype) and everything went through okay besides the extremely long wait time. haha

How do you know you were transferred to Nebraska too?

We were transferred on the same day. They tend to transfer all petitions to the same service center on the same day. Unless something changes recently, I went to Nebraska too.

Nothing just waiting for the mail hope APPOVED for me and you hahahah ...and all others who got transfered last night .

I can see there are some procesed to nebraska and they are worried knowing there is a backlog and not moves anyway lets just wait for the mail and enjoy this moment of waiting for 6 months .Cheers
