There's a nasty storm ripping through the midwest as I type (I'm stuck in it!). I don't even know if NBC will be open tomorrow.

I think next week is our week, folks!

Oh my god. Sorry to hear that happened. Hopefully it doesn't set you too far back. When you resubmit the petition, do you have to pay the fee again?

OMG... my hubby and i just realized we forgot to sign the second page of our G-325. We needed a second page for we didn't have enough room on the first for some information. My hubby is starting to panic and wanted to send a signed copy into USCIS. I told him that that would just cause confusion or get lost. Best to wait to see if they even notice or request it? What say you all?

I'd wait for an RFE if they send one. Anything you send in now will almost certainly get lost, or if they have to pull your file to append it you'd probably lose your place in line for transfers.

The likelihood is that it made it past the first round of checking - usually people who get those kind of "send the whole thing back" RFEs get them very early on in the process. There does seem to be someone who checks and makes sure you have all the necessary signatures and whatnot before it gets shoved into a box at the back of the box room.

You're due to be transferred pretty soon, it looks like, since they've almost finished transferring August and you're right at the beginning of September. Hold tight and see if they ask for it.

Is your timeline updated?

I wouldn't worry. I did the same thing and did not sign the second page. There is no rule or instructions that an additional page must be signed.

Think of it this way. The I-130 application is 2 pages, but only requires a signature on the 2nd page and not the 1st. While this is not the same form, but it shows that there is not any other form in the I-130 packet that requires multiple pages to be signed.

Also the example form on VJ just says to write "Form G-325a" and what you are providing additional info for.

Hope this helps you feel better!
