-payment of 420 dollar

-form 130

-g325a petitioner

-g325a benificiary

-g1145

-birth certificate petitioner

-birth certificate benificiary

-copy of petitioner passport

-copy of binificary passport

-marriage licence translated to english

-marriage contract translated to english

-2 pic passport style ( petitioner )

-2 pic passport style (benificiary)

EVIDENCE BONAFIDE MARRIAGE

-10photographs together

-copies of flight ticket / baggage ticket

-stamps on petitioner passport of entry and exit

-3 copies of affidavit from (son of the petitioner/ friend of petitioner / mother of benificiary )

-30 partial pages of skype/ facebook / emails

-copy of car inssaurance with benificiary name added

-western union copies

-letter explaining our relation from the bigining till now

IS IT GOOD ENOUGH BECAUSE THAT'S ALL WHAT WE HAVE RIGHT NOW

-birth certificate petitioner - send photocopy - only use if it's a US birth certificate. If the US petitioner is naturalized you can send the petitioner's entire passport or naturalization certificate.

-birth certificate beneficiary - send photocopy - include translation if necessary.

-copy of petitioner passport - not needed if including US birth certificate or naturalization certificate. If using passport to show citizenship, copy the entire passport.

-copy of beneficiary passport - never needed

-marriage licence translated to english - send photocopy of original as well.

-marriage contract translated to english - isn't this the same as above??? Whatever is your version of a marriage certificate send a photocopy of that and a translation.

-2 pic passport style ( petitioner ) - only 1 is needed

-2 pic passport style (benificiary) - only 1 is needed

You can copy all pages of your passport and submit that in lieu of a copy of your birth certificate.
