To whoever regarding malaria. Yes, the west does nonsense things like trying to give everyone in Africa a computer, or buying expensive MRI machines for areas that don't have electricity. I have read that what a lot of communities need is mosquito nets, that cost about $1 each. That would be a worthy cause.
