NVC operator told us that we will be receiving a checklist for AOS

AOS is error per NVC operator. I was wondering if you guys have received your checklist through email or snail mail from NVC. We called NVC today and was told that the checklist was generated on August 30 and it's not out yet. It's ridiculous because the checklist was for Part 3. Family members of intending immigrant. That says, please include the family member that is traveling or immigrating with the principal immigrant. I wondered why NVC got confused on this part because, the beneficiary's children have their own case and they're not the derivatives of their father (F2A visa). We're told to write a letter or send an email to NVC requesting to remove the children's name in his affidavit of support. We looked up the copy of their father's AOS application form and we didn't even put their names in there. If the children's name weren't there how could they say that we need to put the names of the family member immigrating at the same time with the principal immigrant even the children have their own case.

Can we send an email to NVC and attached the checklist? I thought that when sending email to NVC, all we need to put is the case number in the subject line.

Any advise will be appreciated.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

you will need to wait for the checklist since this will have the detailed information on it.

the checklist will also have a bar coded cover sheet that you will need to use.

the email will be to you within the next day or two.. I got a checklist also and it took three days to get emailed.

You will need to wait for the checklist. It will be sent via email. Then mail whatever it is they're asking for along with the cover sheet and checklist email.

I remember you asked before how will it affect your case when you paid for the children's IV fee using the father's case number and IIN on the portal?

Yes, apple21 Until now they haven't fixed the payment yet for my brother-in-law. We sent an email to NVC and they said that it was under review and will inform us once the action is completed for payment. Sucks! If I've known this before I should have waited until I received the IV fee for my brother-in-law. It caused so much agony. hahahhaa
