I cannot believe it!! After a total of a year and 5 months since applying for the K1 visa and spending 8 months of that time in AP, we finally got the call from the US Embassy in Cairo this morning!!!

We are approved and the visa will be issued as soon as he sends a new medical and police report to the embassy! dancin5hr.gifkicking.gifdancin5hr.gifkicking.gif

We have been waiting so long that I cannot believe that the end of this crazy and long journey is finally near! yes.gif I cannot wait to be together with my fiance and to never be separated for this long ever again!! heart.gif

Alhamdulillah heart.gif (All praise is to God)!!!!

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS
