Trying to Reg. username but it dont work...

okay... i just got off the phone with them....... they said the "username" is actually teh email and after providing them with my passport/dob/name he "updated" my record and since didn't know my pw i hit "forgot pw", got the new one sent to me, logged in with that, changed my pw and now im finally in....... but he was saying some weird junk like i need to receive some "notice of eligibility" letter........ can someone tell me what this means??

so apparently we DONT need to create a new username and it's just our email already??? I dont remember reading that in Hanks guide................ cuz i tried like 50x from yesterday to today and kept getting error like million times!

that's precisely waht printed on the receipt that the bank gave me............... so what exactly do i need to input? i tried putting it with the -'s, the 00's, JUST starting with 3023.... but it all fails!!! what am i doing wrong?????????????????

Receipt number is nine digit (on rare occasion it's your passport number... but that is very rare). Do you have a number on the customer copy that is circled?
