Hi fellow vjer's i have a question ya'll. my 2yr conditional greencard will expire this jan.2014. Is it possible for me to apply for ROC earlier like this month? Cos i am schedule to fly to my country for my children's interview.thanks for your replies in advance.

No, not possible. You must file in the window, which is sometime during the 90 days before your GC expires, not before, not after.

That calculator looks like it is for Citizenship, not ROC.

Really ? And what exactly is the difference if you need to count 90 days back from a certain date ?

Of course there is no difference to count back 90 days, but not everybody on this site might be as sharp as you. They might find confusing the directions to enter a 3 or 5 year date, which is for citizenship, instead of the 2 year date for ROC. It obviously is not specifically a calculator for ROC as was posted. It was not posted as a "90 day" all purpose calculator.
