What was his income on his last tax return (2012) ? USEM does look at that pretty serious, but they will, of course, look at evidence of current income so a copy of his employment contract and copies of pay stubs will be very helpful.

I don't know if $27K is adequate for meeting the 125% requirement without knowing how many people he lists as dependents and how many people he will be sponsoring. You can look at the I-864P and check the income required for that number.

The rest is up to the CO at the embassy.

salamat ng marami!!!! hopefully we're good :-) please dont get tired of helping us... GOD BLESS EVERYONE!!!!

You're good. for 2 ppl, only need $19,387 if memory serves me right. So he's well above that and no need for co-sponsor.

So, since you got approved, how did it work out? Did they accept his 106%, or did he have a co-sponsor?

So glad you guys are approved!!

USEM will use your 2012 ITR and W-2. If that is above the 125% PL for your family size, you are good. If not, then supplement with savings, life insurance, property, employment letter, etc. as per I-134 instructions.
