Any dual french/USC living overseas filing for sibling ?

Hi

Je tente en esperant trouver plus d'élements sur cette section. Voilà je suis franco américain vivant en France et je suis sur le point d'entamer les démarches "petition for alien" I-130 pour ma soeur qui est mineur, je sais que l'attente est très longue jusqu'à 12 ans voir plus.

J'ai bien épluché tous les sites dont celui-ci et USCIS mais je veux être sur de bien procéder, est-ce la même démarche pour les pétitions à l'étranger ?

Un autre flou concernant les frais "fee" peut on payer en euros si hors USA ?

N'hésitez pas si vous êtes en pleine paperasse....

Je penses que c'est la même démarche étant donné que c'est quand même le I-130... Mais à confirmer...

En ce qui concerne les fees, le mien est de payer par carte de crédit dans ces cas là. Il mettront le montant due en Dollars et la banque fera la conversion.

October 4, 2013 Interview *approved*

October 9, 2013 Passport received

November 12, 2013 POE Los Angeles

November 22, 2013 Social Security Number received

December 20, 2013 Green Card received.

 

Removal of Conditions:

September 4, 2015 I-751 sent

September 8, 2015 NOA

October 8, 2015 Biometrics

April 22, 2016 Approved


 

 

N-400 Naturalization Application:

July 5, 2018 N-400 filed (online)

July 7, 2018 Biometrics appointment letter mailed

July 23, 2018 Biometrics Appointment

En effet ça doit être le même avec des pièces différentes à fournir, je vais essayer de me renseigner pour le fee, ça doit être différent pour toi puisque tu postules à l'ambassade de Londres ? !

Please i need your help !

Est ce que je peux faire un virement de ma banque pour les fees à envoyer avec le I-130 (en dollars bien sur) et à quel ordre, aucune infos pour les personnes postulant en dehors des state !, pas envie de débourser 14 € à l'ambassade pour nous dire qu'il faut contacter USCIS.

Si quelqu'un pour me filer l'info ça serait cool, car j'ai beau googler et chercher je ne trouve pas.

This is not a question specific to France, so really, you would have more chance to get an answer if you write in English.

Most of the French people here understand English anyway. :)
