Evidence

Copies of all pages in passport--- I have visited him 6 times in 1 calendar year

All receipts of airline travel

All receipts of hotel accommodations --- some even have his name and mine

The receipt of his ring--- I asked him to wait for me

Receipt of his tissot watch I gave him for a birthday present. ( both the ring and watch are personally engraved)

Many photos. On the beach--- out with family---out with friends--- laying in the bed (with clothes on) I have about 20 photos.

All of my cell phone records for the past year. I have highlighted all incoming and out going text messages and calls

Receipt of all money I have added to his cell phone

Recent whats app chat for the last 4 months

Recent 6 months of all Facebook

I am trying to figure out how to print out Skype--- I use Skype only on my cell phone and ipad.

I have made FOUR copies of everything just to be on the safe side.

I do have so much more but I don't know if I should give them copies of his passport he has NEVER used it, I just wanted him to get one and have it.

I also have his birth certificate. But I'm not sure if I should send them that at this moment.

Please any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also... I was reading that (they appreciate, if we punch the TWO file holes in the top of all documents...

HAS ANYONE DONE THIS, or just use the big black clips to hold everything together

ALSO--- I was wanting to add a BRIGHT COLORED piece of paper into my file---- like a divider for them so they can clearly see that evidence and the forms don't all mix---- Like. Tab but a whole sheet

Remember the G-1145 form is on top of EVERYTHING including the money order $420 for I-130 not $ 340 !!! Also make sure to include TWO passport photos for each , I heard that though they request one photo each , they scan them and get stuck to the scanner and get ruined , so its better to send TWO !!! you may also include a cover letter ! sounds great so far, I don't think I did half of what you have done and mine got approved.

Make sure you label all you pics!! Date, who's in them, where, so on and so forth.

I also put my pics in a zip lock bag and labeled it with a sharpie, I did the same for my passport pics and my fiance's separately. So my pp pics were in a zip lock bag that had my name and d.o.b and then another with my babes. The pics had the full name and d.o.b on back.

I also put the check in a zip lock... lol you don't want anything to get wet. and then put the cover sheet on top and put them together with a small paper clip.

I divided all my evidence with large binder clips.

Don't include his birth cert, nor passport. It's not asked for so just don't.

Hello my friend i have a question to you, when i filed the K1 visa application i put in the package the following proofs of our relationship and that we have met 3 times for the last one year,

1. Affidavits from friends that they know my fiance and I are in the relationship

2. facebook chats

3. phone call logs, indicating also how much money we have spent

4. 6 social pictures

5. tickets itineraries

6. passport pages with border stamps

7. the last visits boarding pass (totally 3 visits)

you think those are enough?
