your question is mostly embassy specific, but in general for a k-1 you will file a 134 which is like a promise to support, but not the actual contract. the guidelines in general for the 134 are 100%, but again that is subject to the discretion of the embassy and interviewing officer. when the adjustment of status is filed in the states, then you will be required to submit the 864 which will then be the 125%

basically you will need the 125%

I am so confused on what "supporting evidence" that I will need to send this in with. I understand the recent pay stubs and employer letter but I don't understand what tax forms I will need. I've just begun working fulltime because I've recently graduated from college so my income isn't that great but I do have the 100%. ???
