K1 Visa (Already Approved for Interview but No PACKET YET from the Embassy)

Hi, im a bit worried now. According to letter that the NVC sent to my fiance last 31 July 2013, my interview will be conducted here in Doha,Qatar and they gave us too my case number. last week i checked my visa status from the website ceac.state.gov and the latest date updated was last Aug.25, 2013 that my case is READY FOR INTERVIEW and it says there i have to prepare some documents as directed to my APPOINTMENT LETTER. But until now I haven't receive any APPOINTMENT LETTER yet nor response yet from the Embassy here in Doha and its been more than a month now. I've tried to call them but all they can say is I have to wait and I have to send an email to the email address that they have given regarding about my concern.

Is there any one knows what can I do to know how can i get my Appointment Letter to the embassy for me to process or to proceed on complying my other documents, medical and schedule of interview. please help.

See the above link u will get all info, dont worry contact them through phone or email, it depends on country how much time they take to send packet 3 to beneficiary after receiving it from NVC, but dont worry ur case is in safe hands..
