New Englanders are uptight and frigid. ;)

The NYC one makes me laugh. New Yorkers aren't rude, in my experience, just aloof and walking quickly. They'd help you if you needed it, but otherwise, they're just brusque and brisk.

My experience, too, and I appreciate it, probably because I'm aloof, brusque, and brisk.

I'm a frigid New Englander. I hate when strangers try to make small talk with me.

Kansas is about the flattest most boring place on God's earth! In Colorado, all you have to do is start a sentence with "I drove through Kansas . . ." and EVERYONE knows what's coming next. I drove through Kansas three years ago with one of my kids and the main subject of conversation was "OMG! WHEN THE HELL IS THIS STATE GOING TO END?!!!!". I've droven across the whole continent more than once, but I will never drive through Kansas again. It's like Groundhog Day!

Sorry, but that's what Coloradans think of Kansas.

I've heard about reputations about men from every place in Morocco, from my fiance and other Moroccans I've met. Men from Rabat are liars, people from Casablanca are thieves, Marrakech guys will kill their best friend over a girl, and also some other ones that aren't really appropriate for a public forum! Anyway, it doesn't necessarily mean it's true.

What is the reputation of men from Erfoud?

here's the answer I got (from a guy who spent a few years in Erfoud). "they can **** even the animals, and they hate people from other parts of Morocco." I almost died laughing when I heard that!

wow, this one gets the award for crossing the line.

I couldnt agree more.

That's messed up. I'm glad you got a good laugh.

HEY! I take it you never drove through the rolling hills of Kansas? Not as bad as people think! And as long as you in a big enough city/town there's always pleanty to do. Oh how I miss it.

I think he was joking to say, "there's no point in making assumptions about people because you know they're not true." The guy lived there for a while, so you don't talk bad about a place that was a part of you too, you know? It's so over the top that I thought people would automatically know that it wasn't ment to be serious. But I guess humor and sarcasm don't really translate well over the internet. So if anyone was offended, I apolgoize.

timeline doesn't matter.

That has GOT to be true!

We drove from west to east with no relief from the monotony. No hills, no nothing. :girlwerewolf2xn: As soon as we got across the line into Missouri, we crashed at a motel because we were afraid to fall asleep in Kansas (it's like Hotel California!). It only took 2.5 days to get from Colorado to Maryland, but for two days of it, we were still in Kansas. Warning: It's much longer than it looks on a map! Nebraska can't be much better.

No, what?

How can one claim God cares to judge a fornicator over judging a lying, conniving bully? I guess you would if you are the lying, conniving bully.

the long lost pillar: belief in angels

she may be fat but she's not 50

found by the crass patrol

"poisoned by a jew" sounds like a Borat song

If you bring up the truth, you're a PSYCHOPATH, life lesson #442.

I drove through those states a couple of times too and all I remember was flat flat flat and anytime we passed a semi it was like going through a wind tunnel right after passing it.
