HI Friends ,

This questions is regarding the acknowledgement or if any RFE I would receive from USCIS. I have been living at my present address for almost 10 months. But my contract was terminated 2 days back and I will move from this place probably in a week. All my forms are ready.

So my question is there a problem to have my current address as this address on all my forms ? I can change my address on USPS as

my wife's( petitioner) address so any RFE would be directed to her address. I am scared to not get my EAD form or what if I miss it.

Any suggestion guys?

Whichever place will not require an address change just before your interview. Address change form ( AR-11 or something) are a pain in the butt and usually throws you in the back of the line by months for basically anything.

Since you wont be living in your current address by next week, I think it will be a bad idea to use that address. Also if you are mail forwarding via USPS, USPS will not forward federal documents to the new address.

I understand. I am gonna move next week and I am sure how long It will take me to get a new address. But I have my friends at my current address so atleast they can get my mails. Its really a pain and very confusing but I don't think I have any other option now.
