Forms for fiance's 2yr.old daughter??

Now that we have the NOA2 and are accumulating documents and filling out I-134 we are not sure exactly what we need for fiance's(beneficiary) daughter who is 2yrs..Does she need a separate I-134 or is putting her name as "accompanying beneficiary" sufficient and anyother documents or forms?

She will go on a k2 visa. And no there's no additional forms just make sure her name is on your fiancés one. There's a section on the i134 that ask about children. Also one of the DS forms asks. As long as the child's name is down its fine. The baby does need a medical and all her immunisation records at hand when your fiancé goes for her medical she will need to pay additional fee for the baby's medical to be done. The child will not need to be interviewed as she is too young.

After doing further research on this question I have found that children listed on I-129f application are given "derivative status" therefore no interview or fee necessary.We will fill out 156,157 and I-134 forms for her just to be safe/prepared if asked for them at interview but other than that just medical exam is needed from what I've found since original post.Hope this helps others and alleviates concerns(and hope I'm right).Would still appreciate anyone can verify or has any info/advice that's helpful.Thx-

Each person needs to pay a visa fee regardless of age. My daughter is 18 if she was coming I would need to pay a visa fee for her. My son however does not need to pay a visa because he is already a American citizen born in AtlAnta Georgia and holds is American passport therefore although his name is on the form. They don't require anything but the declaration that he is one of my children. Regarding the forms for your 2-3 year old there is no additional forms however there is medical fee and visa fee for the child as well. So essentially your fiancée pays for her visa and the child pays for a visa too.

Does the childs visa fee get paid same time as finace's(with receipt slip then make interview and medical appts.)?Or at time of interview or once here in US and we are doing the k2 process?

Does My U.S. Citizen Fiancé(e) Need to File Separate Petitions for My Children?

No. Your eligible children may apply for K-2 visas based on the approval of Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), that your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) filed on your behalf, but your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) must list the children on the petition. Yes the child visa will need to be paid at the same time. If the child is going everything is paid with your fiancés visa fee. However once in the usa a separate AOS is needed for the child. Please also note they may need you to provide consent from child's father before they allow the child to leave. So your fiance would need a letter signed and notarised by father stating he is giving permission for the child to go live in america
