Hi,

My grandmother filled F3 petition for my father & depenedents (my mom & sister). I received IV application fee instructions and my sister's name is missing to pay fees.

Here is my case details :

Petition filled : 10th march, 2003 (03/10/2003).

Petition Approved : 9th october, 2009 (10/09/2009) - delay of more than 6 years.

My sister's Date of birth : 28th January, 1991. (01/28/1991)

My sister's current Age : 22 years, 8 months.

According to various calculators available on internet for CSPA eligibility my sister's CSPA age is still 16 years.

I would require some guidance about what further steps we need to take to include her name in list? I have mailed NVC but there is not a favourable reply from them yet.

Note : My priority date is still not current but we have got AOS & IV applicaiton fees reated instructoins already.

Your help to provide guidance will be very much helpful.

(It would be great if someone can share their simillar kind of experience & let me know if I require any attorney or lawyer help in this case)

You need to request CSPA from the embassy where your family will be doing the interview. During the interview the Consulate officer will ask that you come in now or will give you another date. I am told it is not up to NVC. However in the letter requesting CSPA you can copy NVC.

There is a thread on CSPA at the top of this forum. It has a lot of information, that you can review.
