Change of address= change of processing time?

Will my change of address change my AOS processing time? I moved within 5 mi of my original address, so my local processing office has not changed.

Also, when checking my status on uscis, it had been in 'Acceptance' for 5 months, until my change of address was received and then moved into 'Initial Review' (where it is now).. is this normal?

... that was an oversight on my part. Vancouver was my local consulate.

I'm living/working in the US now.

I applied and had an interview in the USA, so my case may be different from yours, but in my case, I was in NY at first and moved to GA, but everything went smoothly and I got approval less than 2 months after I moved.

initial review means they started working on your application. It would have happened even if you did not move. It's a good thing. Without a review they can't decide whether you qualify for green card, etc.
