Hi! Just want to know if who has to sign on the I-134 attachment.

I know that the sponsor have to sign on the second page of I-134 (Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor), but I'm confused on the attachment part.

Yes the sponsor singns the oath.

The I-134 is a 2 page form. I am not sure what you are referring to as an 'attachment part'. Can you elaborate and provide more details please?
