So finally our wait is over...

My husband was interviewed on July 17th 2013 and placed in AP.

CO told us it will take about a month.

In the meanwhile his case was updated about 2-3x's and FINALLY it says ISSUED!

(As I was returning to NY last week, I made Dua for all my Bro's & Sis going thru this painful wait...

InshaAllah keep your hopes high and as Duas continued...0

Thank u so much, and yes your right I was prAying the entire 29 hrs I was a musafir but believe me I was also praying for all other ppl whose spouses r also in AP because that 1 month my hubby was in

Hey what was the total times it was updated . are you talking about the 2 updates you got when you emailed them or is it the other ones without emailing them.

pray for us were still waiting.

also did it just all of a sudden say issued?

or it changed back to ready and then updated a couple of times then it said issued?

also lol after the interview it said AP ont he status right away.

because my wifes status still says ready from day one.

Congratulations!! Duas get accepted very quickly when you travel :-) Allah gave you the opportunity and you availed it :-) Now please remember us too in your Duas.

Yes u r right they updated two times when I emailed em And the third time they updated themselves.

Then they chAnged it back to AP which kind of disheartened me but I didn't lose hope... Then it was changed to READY n then the next day they changed it to Issued.

also lol after the interview it said AP ont he status right away.

because my wifes status still says ready from day one.

12/19/2013 - AOS invoice available & paid
12/23/2013 - AOS Fee 'Payment Status' changed to 'PAID'

12/23/2013 - AOS packet Sent (delivered on 12/26/13)

12/27/2013 - AOS packet in system

12/24/2013 - Received email to pay IV fee & paid IV fee
12/27/2013 - IV processing Fee 'Payment Status' changed to 'PAID'

12/27/2013 - DS-230 Form available.
01/04/2014 - DS-230 Completed
