Can't be bothered seeing as a mod started the thread. I just find it is odd that people's comments on threads are monitored but not political cartoons.

vj history is why comments are not allowed. and every post does include a report button should a member feel it violates tos.

OK. But art is used for propaganda, so why are cartoons regarded less offensive than words? Cartoons helped lead to the French Revolution, for example.

TOS enforcement of racism and other hateful content has always been very spotty here on VJ. Most of the moderators, while fine people, simply do not have the knowledge to properly moderate content of that nature.
