This is what I have received in my mail. What does it mean by "Resubmit your enquiry"?? "This petition is no longer located at the NVC" means, have they forwarded my case to my consulate??

"You must resubmit your inquiry or request, and all future correspondence to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in MUMBAI (BOMBAY) because this petition is no longer located at the NVC. Also, please be sure to notify the U.S. Embassy or Consulate of any change of address, e-mail address or personal situation that may affect the applicant's eligibility for an immigrant visa."

Secondly, on CEAC site, my status is "READY" & it is showing...

Case Creation Date: 23-Aug-2013 Status Updated Date: 28-Aug-2013

What does this mean?? Anybody???

Yes, we got the same information from NVC when our petition left NVC (although we submitted the request for case number before it reached the NVC, and got the answer when it left for the Embassy). Has the Embassy in Mumbai contacted you for packet 3 already? Status ready means the number case has been assigned and reached the Embassy as far as I know.
