Don't know your country but you will need a co-sponsor. Most embassies look at present salary and previous year. Since 2011, 2010 was over maybe a letter of explanation to explain 2012 will be enough since you are employable.

Will your current met the $19334 guidelines?

So this year you are on course to make $26'000+ (ie working full time at $13/ hour)? If so, no co-sponsor should be needed- as mentioned above, just add a letter explaining why last year was lower.

my plan is to send with I-864 last 6 months of pay stubs and a lettre from my employer, and a copy of a doctor excuse of work to explain why i didn't work for 4 months in 2012 but i'm not sure if that will help me to qualify

If I was the consular your plan would make very good sense and I would approve you based on your plan. The problem is I am not the consular. My point is that they are human and understanding so your proof of why you did not make but $16,000 in 2012 is perfectly understanding. But they have to follow the laws also. So look into this further.
