I'm a February filer, June transfer to TSC. I got a RFE hardcopy on July 23rd and sent it in, got confirmation from USCIS TSC on Aug 1st about receipt.

From what I've observed on VJ, TSC seems to go through RFEs within 1-2 weeks. It's been a little over 4 weeks now. Should I be concerned?

Just FYI, my RFE was about proving we had met within the past 2 years (even though I provided that evidence urghh). It's just frustrating to see people who filed in July/August getting approved already when I've been waiting since February.

My question is: Has anyone else who received a RFE from TSC waited this long to get a response????

I am about starting nervous. Which evidence met within past 2 years you had provided? pictures?passport stamps? hotel's bill? Have you put date on pictures? I am wondering.

I ended up sending everything I had. Flight itinerary/payment, boarding passes, passport stamps, photos (with date/place written on back), affidavits from 4 individuals who attended our engagement and saw us meet in person (2 from the US and 2 from fiancé's country). i even sent in email correspondence and text message history where we planned on meeting, like "meet me at 5pm blah blah" or some stuff like that as a desperate measure.
