Maybe that's why our expedite was able to get an interview date with 2 days notice. The embassy must be pretty dead due to lack of case completes! Our interview is tomorrow (I'll wake up to the results due to time difference). I know it will go fine but boy does that make one nervous anyway.

Congratulations. No you don't have to call NVC again. They will send your casefile to embassy no problem.

Until Visa is issued everyone is in AP. Its just a formality. What is the normal time frame for Visa issue a week or so? Don't worry they said approved at interview you are cool.

dwheels....prepare for a busy month of October... I have a feeling there will be many case completes soon! This is the shortest interview thread I have ever seen - thanks NVC (sarcasm). For August there were 100 pages, and here we sit at 12. I feel so terrible for everyone. ClockWatch2.gif

Man August was like no other wooo whee we were some chatty chatty there.

Well the NEW Service center opened yesterday. I think there will be flood gates of USCIS approvals. Now for NVC to get their ummmm heads out theree ummmm well you knowprotest6wz.gif . Would be very good indeed.

Our case went to ISSUED this morning. Either we squeezed in just in time or the Embassy is still processing visas even with the shutdown. News sources are contradicting themselves on this matter.

2013-01-29: NOA1
2013-03-25: NOA2
2013-07-08: NVC Case Number Generated
2013-08-21: Medical exam in Moscow
2013-09-17: Expedite request accepted by NVC. Packet forwarded to Moscow embassy.
2013-09-26: Embassy contacted Rita to schedule her interview. Scheduled for 2013-09-30!
2013-09-30: Interview in Moscow - APPROVED!!
2013-10-10: P.O.E. JFK Int'l

01/09/05 -hubby and I were classmates in college and started dating, our first kiss

10/22/06 - Entered USA as a green card holder, petitioned by my mom (poe sfo, cali)

11/08/06 - exited USA with permit to re-enter (have to go back to Manila to study)

11/22/07 - 1 year and 14 days out of USA, re entered USA with re entry permit. No problems!

05/22/09 - Went back to manila to marry my college sweet heart.

08/30/09 - Went home to USA, pregnant

02/17/2010 - gave birth is USA, with out hubby.

02/10/2011 - brought our baby to manila to see hubby

05/09/2011 - went back to USA, with out baby. Baby left with daddy

11/01/2011 - submitted n400 (denied, 02/05/2012) im not allowed to use 90 day head start as I was out of country for more than a year, not deported because I have re entry permit.

01/23/12 - noa 1 for hubby's i130, I was green card holder

01/13/13 - re submitted n400

04/11/13 - oath taking!!!!

04/14/13 - upgraded hubby's i130

05/08/13 - noa 2 received

Nvc:

06/26/13 nvc received our aos and iv packets.

07/20/13 aos checklist

07/25/13 mailed aos checklist

08/19/13 case complete

My wife had her interview today at the US Embassy in Sofia....approved !

Should have her visa in 3-4 days via DHL.

We will write a Consulate review in a few days when we get off of cloud nine !
