my daughter and i were filed by my spouse (who is a green card holder)last april 2013,and last august 2,my husband received a letter from uscis that our case was approved and that they will forward our case to nvc..my husband called nvc last august 23 and they told my husband that they already have our case.. my question is,now that the priority date is current,could it be possible that nvc could give as case number?until when is the process for our case?how many weeks will we wait for the decision of nvc?im currently living in Philippines and wanted to reunite with my spouse sooner.

please help..

They will always process it like usual even if bulletin wasn't current you would have been just waiting for interview so hopefully you fly through NVC.

thank you for your response! i read some forums but other lawyers told that there is no impact on our case even if the visa bulletin is current because the PD being current is for those who is inside US..im now confuse if NVC will give us case number since f2a is current..
